C# Messenger Update & Fix

I have a messenger application that needs to be fixed.
This is a C# WPF client/server chat application.

Issues:
1. The Server Application like to close itself out randomly.
2. Server likes to stall at times for no reason at all.
I am using the messenger as a lan messenger due to using Terminal Services with client may have the same ip address. I used to use Squiggle but had issues with same ip clients.
Please review the links, and let me know if you can fix the issue.
Or, I am looking to have a messenger of like wise built from scratch in full working order and tested.
