20 24-Jul-23 12:00:07:678 10020
21 24-Jul-23 12:00:07:678 10021
Although the time for several messages is the same, the upstream server sends the messages sequentially at the same time. i.e. sequences 2 to 6 are shipped on 24-Jul-23 12:00:06:645.
When a message is received, it has to print screen the payload ID **immediately **. However, print interval is 0.1 seconds i.e. sequences 1 and 2-6 need at least 0.1 seconds in between.
Your program has to be smart enough to group the message received and sends out only 1 print message of all those payload IDs received. Your print has to be triggered immediately when the message/messages are received hence cannot just implement a simple while loop and sleep as delay is not allowed.
