Martial Arts Management Software Development

I am looking for an experienced software developer for a non-web-based application that will help streamline the operations of my small martial arts school with less than 100 students.

Key functionalities needed include:

- Attendance tracking: Keeping track of student's daily attendance.
- Belt ranking system: A feature to manage and update the progress of students' martial arts ranking.
- Class scheduling system: Able to schedule classes, ensuring no overlap in timings.
- Payment Tracking: Ability to manage, track and record payments made by students.
- Testing schedule and requirements: Feature to plan and announce testing schedules and the associated requirements.
- Email Blast: Ability to send mass emails to students and prospects.

A possible additional requirement could be to integrate the software with my existing website.

The ideal freelancer would have experience in building similar educational management systems. Knowledge of Windows software development is a must, understanding the specific requirements of a martial arts school would be a bonus.
