Make my .net website work again

I have a website running and coded in C# in my notebook, running at a MS internet Information Service done with .net MVC, I have the database with the data, I have the code at Visual Studio solution. I do not remember the login, I can see the see the database, but cannot log at the system, because the password is encrypted. I want the cheapest solution, first, create new credentials on the database, for me to login ate my system or change the code and recompile without the need of user and password anymore. The database is MS SQL 2014. Important, the job should be done online, with a remote connection on my computer, I don't want the system out. We can use AnyDesk software to connect or TeamViewer or MSRemote Connection. It's a simple job I think.
