Make Program in c# to make post videos in facebook groups

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a program in c# that will allow me to post videos in Facebook groups. The program will be used for personal purposes and I require basic video posting capabilities. Additionally, I would like the program to have a graphical user interface that is easy to use.
