MacOS + C# + PDF Document Digital Sign Expert

This project is very simple one for an experienced developer. So budget is $50 - not negotiable.
This is the project's requirement. Application will open the certificate from an usb token and sign a pdf file with it. That's all.
* Important thing * : Application will not open the certificate from file, but it will open the certificate from an usb token, but app can get a certificate from keychain for now.
Platform - macOS
Language - C#
Signature key - UsbToken ( it will be same as X509Certificate2 )
Input - an unsigned PDF file.
Output - a valid signed PDF file
