MVC Data Filtering Enhancement

Add a new model called 'Project' so you can test it. On the 'process' page, view 'project', which is similar to 'location'. In the index section of the Dashboard 1 page, add buttons for 'project' with filtering capabilities. Buttons should allow multiple selections. As each project is selected, the 'year', 'month', 'location' and 'project' buttons should be updated dynamically and dependently on each other.
