C# MLM System Integration

I'm seeking a skilled developer to modify an exisitn Network Marketing (MLM) system using C# MSSQL powered website. The features I would like to include are:
- Downline Management: This will allow users to keep track of their referrals and their referrals' referrals, creating a visual representation of their 'downline' through sponsorship (it already does this now, just want to tweak it).
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with C# and MSSQL, alongside a proven track record of integrating complex systems into existing web platforms. Understanding of MLM structures and commission systems is a significant advantage. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the functionality of my website to accommodate this MLM system.
If you look at the atached PDF, the top 1/2 is existing code, the 2nd half shows the enhancement. The code is already close to working, but my existing programmer has had some personal issues and can't continue with the project.
