MLM Sponsorship Tracking Page Development

I have a fully functional MLM "binary" tracking system built on .net/c#/razor/MSSql. My system already tracks sponsors, and I need a developer who understands MLM tracking systems to help me set up a page where I can track members by sponsor from bottom to top.
Requirements:
- The page should be designed in a List View format.
- Each member in the sponsorship line should display their Username.
- Members should be filterable in the sponsorship line by their join date.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in .net, C#, Razor, and MSSQL.
- Prior experience with MLM tracking systems.
