Looking for long term, almost full time .NET c# web/API developer

We are building a comparator website based on AI, and we need support on the back end, connecting to REST APIs, AI 3rd parties and add more features to the current code.
The website is build on .NET Core 5.0, Code-first, Linq, using SQL Server 2019, written in English.
This person should be SR developer, with more than 5 years of experience.
It's a long term work, and close to a full time.
It's a plus if can work on NodeJS too.
It's a plus if spoke Spanish or at least can understand it.
It's a plus if time zone it's close to GMT-3, Argentina time or can work on that time.
