Looking for Angular/.NET Core Developer

I am building a Property Management Web Application to manage rentals. I have most of the architecture setup and half of the screens built but due to lack of time need to hire on another developer to help finish it. Probably a 160 hours left of work on it

Developer needs to be experienced with
- Angular
- Angular Material
- SASS
- SQL Server
- .NET Core/C#
