Looking ُExpert c# Analyst& developer to audit,fix and test

i have some problems in C# project i am using devexpress and Infragistics
1- the solution Multilingual interface (English-Arabic)
I need to add an additional field for the name (the Arabic name - and another field for the English name) for the basic data.

2- When selecting from the basic data tables, the combo box is filled from the field (Arabic name or English name, depending on the language)

3-All Forms in project are from left to right (I need them to be from right to left when using the Arabic language).

4-must Restart the program when the language changes (I need to change without restarting the program).
