Loking for expert C# and devexpress developer to fix some problems

I have some problems in C# project i am using devexpress
1- The main interface language is English (the design and the programming code are prepared for English) but the some column Caption appear in the grid for some forms in Arabic / i need fix it
2- For the second language is Arabic, the translation is read from the xml file, Some errors or grid column caption like first error
i know mechanism of work in it and I will complete the work on it
3- There is a sql server collation problem
