You give me a standalone C# solution, which can
1. Read all image files (JPG) in a file folder,
2. Extract text (Chinese Simplified) and save to a doc file in the same file folder,
3. Name the doc file the same as the image file.

Steps:
1. You work on your own.
2. When you are ready, I send you an image file, you send me back the generated doc file in 2 minutes.
