Little Windows Application

We need a little program that can cut the files in one Windows folder and organize them in another one for backup.
The program should create a folder with the date of the previous day and move the files from the parent folder to this folder with the date. Create a Year folder, then a month folder and then a day folder.
This should be done daily automatically at a specified time.
You should be able to select the mother folder and the folder where the program will create the folders with date. In addition we must have the possibility to select at what time the program will do the automatic process.
