Large Application Rewrtie - .net core, C#, Postgres

We are looking for an experienced front-end developer to work on a large software rewrite. You must have 3+ years of actual experience coding to join our project. We prefer contractors from Latin America. The contractor must be proficient in the following languages.

2. C#
3. DevExpress
4. Postgres/ MySQL
5. REST API creation & management
Ideally, we want a resource for 40 hours per week that can interact with our team online and have very good spoken English. We prefer a candidate in Latin America as it is closest to our time zone.
