Label Printer Server Issue

Greetings! I require assistance with a label printer issue I’m having. I’m currently using a Zebra ZT411/ZT421 thermal transfer printer, and have been experiencing specific issues with it. To make matters more complex, this is on a Windows server environment. I’m looking for an experienced professional who can help me identify and resolve the issue. Thank you for considering my project. prints label on a 2inch x 0.5inch label on with a DataMatrix Barcode containing information fetched from a database or if unavailable, the input text as the output.
