LSTM Implementation in Tensorflow.NET

I am currently looking for an expert who can implement an LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) model, using TorchSharp.Net. I need the ability to create a model with 5 features (float), a step window of 10, and 50 hidden neurons. I need the ability to load the model, pass it data and get a predicted value.
The final deliverable should be a C# .Net Console application with solution file that includes a program.cs file.
The data can be random or static arrays.

- Strong knowledge of C# .NET
