Json in C#

I am trying to write a routine in C# to validate an input file similar to 1.jsn (attached). I have the code in the Tester() method but it does not give me detailed list of errors in 1.jsn.

Task: Fix the code

I am currently using Newsoft Json, however, I am open to other packages.
