Integrating WhatsApp API in C#
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to have a WhatsApp API integration in the C# WinForms project.
The most Basic required features are
1. Using QR code to scan and connect, using that one connection other users will be able to send files and chat.
2. Have File Unloading features, users must be able to send files (PDF and image)
3. Use proper API security features to pervert any data losses.
4. Easy to use UI.
5. Use .net framework 4.5, if possible use 3.5.
6. Must be able to run on windows 7 without any extra installation except for Winforms runtime.
Any help with Winforms application development can be provided, use SQL server 2008 is needed.
Also once the project is completed source code of the project will have to be submitted before the last milestone is paid.
