Integrating a CRM with Tally

I wish to integrate a CRM using RESTful APIs with Tally Prime 9. I hope to use C# for this project. Please refer to https://help.tallysolutions.com/article/DeveloperReference/integration-capabilities/introduction.htm. Working with someone that understands Tally is a plus.
