SAP B1 Service Layer integration using C#

I am looking for a freelancer to integrate the Sales and Distribution (SD) module of SAP with the Service Layer using C#. This project requires fresh development, as there is no existing code to integrate. I am seeking a freelancer with mid or senior-level experience in both SAP and C#.
