Install and start device driver

I am creating an alternative application for Logitech G HUB, to continue with this project I need to install the "Logitech G HUB Virtual Mouse" and "Logitech G HUB Virtual Keyboard" that are displayed in device manager under "Human Interface Devices" after installing G Hub, I need to do exactly what G Hub does to install these so that I can use them within my application.
