Install .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows Tiny10
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I installed Tiny10 - a barebones Windows 10 installation without Windows Store or Windows Updates to speed it up on an old laptop. I need 1 software installed on there that requires .NET Framework. I tried to install using the offline installer but always get errors. Anyone know how to get that installed on a Store-less and Update-less Windows environment? thanks
