Insert Two Text Columns in Spreadsheet

I need a freelancer to enhance my spreadsheet by adding two new text columns, C and D. Using the first tab, PLCMON, as a template, these columns should be labeled 'Pass/Fail' and 'Comment' respectively.

Key Requirements:
- Insert the new columns into the spreadsheet
- Populate column C with 'Pass' or 'Fail'
- Place the text 'Comment' at the top of column D
