Independent ASP.NET Core, jQuery, Bootstrap, EF Core developer needed

We are building a MVP for a Resource Management system with customer base in the tourist and passenger transport industry. The solution will be cloud based (Azure) in production.
We are planning to offer these services as SaaS.
The system will be build in .NET6 using technologies as ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Web API, SignalR, Azure Functions and Services among other things. Backend database engines will be SQL Server and possibly Azure Cosmos.
We are looking for a developer with wide range of skills and is rather independent. A right fit can be extended beyond MVP release.
