Incorporate a custom Azure Service Bus Wrapper in a Windows Service

I am looking for a developer who can incorporate a custom Azure Service Bus Wrapper into a Windows Service.
Programming Language:
- The Windows Service is written in C#.
Azure Service Bus Wrapper:
- The client already has an existing Azure Service Bus Wrapper.
Functional Requirements:
- The windows service needs to write to read from Queue A. It also will be writing to Queue B.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in C# programming and Windows Services.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus and its functionality.
- Experience in modifying and integrating existing code.
- Familiarity with message sending and receiving processes.
