Include HTML page in C# .NET Blazor

I have a sample Blazor that needs to include HTML file. The file is actually for Login/Register template. On top of that, it needs to send the form (username, password etc.) to the backend for login/registration purpose.

Those two files (Blazor solution and HTML template area included already in attachments)
