Implement a new extension and modify some features from one C# TLS Library.

Hello. I am looking for someone for modify one TLS C# Library that I have.
The required task to do is just to modify some values from the client hello and add extensions.
What I need to modify is the way in which the TLS extensions of the client hello are sent. The extensions are sent in a random order, I need them to be sent in an order specified by the user. In addition to that, I want to add compatibility in that TLS library to be able to add the TLS extensions that are going to be sent in the client hello, in an orderly way as the user enters it, and only send the TLS extensions that the user enters.
It is too simple a task, it takes a few hours and that's it. I don't do it due to lack of time, I think we have to change the way in which the Client Hello extensions are stored and that's it.
