Implement Lazy Loading on Angular 4 project

Angular 4 app takes a long time to load for first time users, about 6-10 minutes
When i inspect the network on the browser , The vendor.js and the main-client.js files are taking too much time to load. I need someone to implement Lazy Loading on the app . See screenshot below
