ImageSearch function for C#

I need a ImageSearch function for C#.
ImageSearch - given an image file url as parameter, the function has to find the occurrence of the image on the screen (minimal tolerance is needed) and return it's X and Y coordinates. This should accept png files and their transparency.
I want that images from my directory to be used as the source image to locate the same image on the desktop and then click on it with the mouse. An ImageSearchDLL.dll is currently circulating on the Internet, but this cannot be referenced with C# because it is not a COM assembly and that is why I need someone who can copy this function 1:1 or make his own out of it.
