Hotel Room Occupancy Dashboard

Looking for a room occupancy tracking dashboard for a hotel . There are 4 buildings with 10 rooms in each building. We need a simple application to show the room status dashboard with the status , V-Vacant, R-Repair, H-Hold,O-Occupied . User from the, monthly view should be able to select the building from the drop down (Building A, Building B, Building C, Building D.) and select the occupancy status (V,R,H or O) of each room ( room A01-D10) for each day of the month from the monthly view screen . We should be able to print a monthly occupancy report showing the status of each room and calculating the percent for each status , Application should be created in c# or VB.net with SQL server back end. We will be requiring the full source code
