C# Hierarchical Data Template UI

As the client, I am seeking a skilled C# programmer to develop a Word-based user interface (UI) editor and executor. The project focus is to manage the merging of templates that are supportive of hierarchical data with unlimited branches and levels. Below are specifics:
Required Features:
- Drag and drop fields for seamless data merging.
Platform Support:
- The developed UI editor and executor should be fully compatible with Windows.
Experience in developing UIs in C# and understanding of hierarchical data are key to this project. A knack for simplicity in design will also be highly appreciated as we seek to make the tool user-friendly.
Mereg engine should be running as a REST web service on WIndows and Linux (as a docker)
