Help with SOAP Client in Visual Studio 2019

I need to write a small SOAP Client to call a web service in the FootPrints Helpdesk application. I am almost there but need a little help getting the classes set up in my VS2019 project. I used the SOAPUI utility to test and it works but I am not quite there with my VS classes. I need someone to look over my shoulder and help me figure out what I am missing. I am a software developer but not much experience with SOAP or C#. I expect an hour or so is all that is needed.
