Help to download zip files from date wise folder to client PC via ASP

I have a folder in C drive in server. In this folder there are many Sab folder. Within those of Sab folder they are many date wise zip files. I have a ASP code which downloads those the files to client PC from server and it is fully working. I wish to migrate to a new server of same configuration but somehow the ASP is not working in the new server. I need someone to fix the problem. Both servers are Windows 2016 and 19
