Help build out a new Angular .Net Core C# website

I'm looking for someone with Angular knowledge to help complete a new website I've started building. At first, I need help with logging in and logging out, resetting passwords, and getting the routing to work right. After that, I could use help with some aspects around what the site needs to do.

I will break up the project into small pieces so we can accomplish small chunks at a time.
