Help me Upload, Retrieve, Update and Delete Single files/images in my .net core web api project

I am trying to upload images dynamically into my existing Web Api project, but I'm failing to do so. I want to add the images to a physical folder, and save only the url of them into the database. I'll send the project to anyone who is interested on helping, then they can edit it.
