Looking to streamline business operations, I'm in need of a desktop application which can help me manage and track the outstanding services and related invoices in my ground handling company.
My envisioned solution comprises of the following qualities:
- Tracking of services provided: The ability to input, edit and view a list of services provided is a must.
- Invoice tracking and management: The application should directly link individual services to their respective invoices and offer a clear overview of invoice status.
- Interactive dashboards: I'd like an intuitive visual interface which permits at-glance understanding of key metrics and insights.
Ideal candidates for this project will have a proven experience in developing desktop-based applications, preferably with a background in financial or business management software development. Prior experience working with invoice tracking and service listing applications will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in Excel automation and database management is also essential.
