Graphical UI using C#

I need help with creating a basic GUI, that can interact with other code. The GUI has certain buttons, I need help with calling methods within the button click events. There is interaction between picture box, button clicks, mouseclicks inside the picturebox, getting co-ordinates from the clicks, and generating a path from points.
