Governance, risk and compliance management system -- 3
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
We are looking for qualified professional programmer / agency who possess sufficient experience in risk management, Internal Audit, Compliance management applications.
The objective is to develop an automated solution to manage compliance program and related risks rather than the traditional methods that are currently followed ( emails, spreadsheet, … etc.) so the functionality includes:
- maintain an updated repository for all regulatory requirements
- assign new regulatory requirements for concerned staff
- perform risk assessment
- develop corrective action plan
-link risks with specific departments, products, services and branches
- develop risk based monitoring program
- secure and confidential whistleblowing channel and document investigation
- generate instant dashboards
- generate alerts and escalate high risk issues/ breaches and violations
- stakeholder satisfaction

I am thinking to develop the system using Asp.net, Core MVC, C#, entity framework,+dapper, MSSQL 2012 and above, HTML5, W3C validation, dynamic rules per page per function , responsive view , internal chat, main dashboard with all functionality, export report (PDF, compliance, excel, word… etc)
Budget is negotiable and NDA and IPA are must. Project must be completed on phases:
-Business Analyst to understand the requirements
- create Pixel Perfect UI/UX
-Quality assurance
-Full Stack Development to create Fast, Mobile Responsive and Secure web applications and Mobile Apps
