Google Maps Drawing Application

We need an application where the user can place predefined sizes of rectangles on top of googleMaps.

This should be part of a c# MVC web application, where the users would be able to sign on and take images from the googlemaps drawings.

Only c# developers with great experience with googlemaps api are considered.

Languages: AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, MVC, C# etc...
