Google Identity Sample - .Aspx/C#

I am looking for a developer who can create a Google Identity Sample application using .Aspx/C#. The main purpose of the application is User Authentication. I already have a design ready for the user interface, so the ideal candidate should be able to work with my design. There is no need for database integration for this project.
