Goals table creation in Acumatica for salespersons

Need to have salesperson be able to see their current sales goal for the period in a dashboard. This would require a table created with id, PeriodID, SalesPersonID, GoalAmount, and added to DAC and then a maintenance screen with ability to add, edit, delete and upload from Excel
