Get SourceCode from Excel Add in and Repair them -- 2

I have 5 Excel Add ins in .msi format and the description of each of them is attached here in a text file. My previous developer did not give me the source code as he left freelancer platform. I need someone who can reverse engineer them to get the source code for each of the Add ins so that I can modify them later. You also need to check for any mistake in the Add ins and correct them so that they work properly after installation.
If you could add licensing system in the Add ins that will be helpful.
Lowest bidder will WIN. I need full c o p y right and you need to make them running in my PC.
