Get Azure Active directory information from Local PC

Hi Everyone.

I want to get the information of the currently logged on user with Azure AD.
The information I would like to obtain is:
(This must be developed with C++ VS 2017 or C# (,Net 3.5) and must be written as a DLL.)

Scenario.
1. User logon PC with Azure AD account.
2. Now, run application and want to get following information.

* Account ID
* Logon Name
* Domain
* Organization Unit
* Organization Unit Structure (ex: Mobile / IT / Department / mycompany.com )
* Administrator Unit (Active Directory Security Group)
* Get user's attributes
- Division
- Department
- EMail
- Employee ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Full Name
- Manager
- Office Location
- Phone No
- Title
