GTIFF Splitter in .NET

A simple program that takes a spatial TIFF (raster/ GTIFF) FILE and
divides into small TIFF files, a “SPLIT” of the file in other files, those new files should have its
own spatial data updated according to the division.
The spatial division of the file will be done using the GEOHASH criteria. The only parameter
is the level of precision of the geohash.
