The spec is for a web based application based upon Windows File Explorer which has a tool bar on
the top, a folder structure on the left pane and a detail pane of the files on the right.
On the toolbar, one of the functions should be a new button that allows the user to select a
template document similar to Microsoft Word or Excel. Once a template document is selected a user
form will appear with fields that need to be filled in. The data will be stored in a database under a
file name to be viewed in the explorer application. Functionality such as renaming files, deleting
files, saving files in folders and printing files should be available.
