Football Data API Scraping Program

I am looking for a program that can scrape and monitor football matches every day using a football data API. The program should:
It should pull data for all football matches that take place each day.

API Options:
Flashscore
Sofascore

The program must specifically look for matches with high probabilities or specific criteria such as:

Home Team Performance (Last 5 Matches):

The home team must have at least a 60% success rate in their last 5 matches.

Criteria to check for:

Both Teams to Score (BTTS) in the last 5 home games.

Over 1.5 goals (in the first half) in the last 5 home games.

Over 2.5 total goals in the last 5 home games.

Away Team Performance (Last 5 Matches):

The away team must have at least a 60% success rate in their last 5 matches.

Criteria to check for:

Over 1.5 goals (in the first half) in the last 5 away games.

Over 2.5 total goals in the last 5 away games.
