C# - Focus Url Helper Class Library .Net 6.0

I am looking for someone to produce a C# .Net 6.0 Class Library which has a class with a method which returns the URL (as a string) of the current tab open in the top-most (most recently in focus browser). This code must be executable from a desktop console application. The code must compatible with Windows and Mac, and must be able to retrieve the URL from the following browsers.

- Firefox.
- Google Chrome.
- Microsoft Edge.
- Apple Safari.
- Opera.
- Brave.

The code must have reasonable commentary, so that it can be understood, and basic error handling.
