Flutter to .NET POS System Development

I'm looking for a skilled .NET developer to convert a Flutter-based POS system into a .NET application. The system needs to synchronize data from offline to online and carry out various operations such as sales management. The exe file linked contains the current system.

Key project requirements:
- Convert the existing Flutter POS system into a .NET application
